Technical control during production

Bebon technical team could support customer choose the correct material ,material analysis,design the drawing according to the project.

BEBON technical control team will cut the sample during production. We will test the chemical composition and mechanical property such as yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, impact test value and so on. If the customer have the special requirement of steel, our technical team can also support customer inspect some other treatment such as UT test, PWHT,HIC and so on.

Shipment Witness

Package inspection: We will check the package before and after loading to the port, If any damage, we will change it. According to different products, we have different package for customer choice.

BEBON after service team will listen customer’s real feedback after each order finished. The after service team will learn the merit and demerit from each order, and discuss the improvement with the relevant department.
