Q355NHD is a weather-resistant structural steel used in construction, bridges, and railway vehicles. Q represents yield strength, NH represents weather resistance, and D represents quality grade (A, B, C, D, E) composition. TB/T 1979 steel plate steel is an atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel plate with the properties of high-quality steel such as strength, ductility, forming, welding, abrasion, high temperature and fatigue resistance.

The wear-resistant layer of TB/T 1979 steel plate wear-resistant steel plate is mainly composed of chromium alloy, and other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium and nickel are added. The carbide in the microstructure is distributed in the form of fiber, and the direction of the fiber is perpendicular to the surface. The microhardness of carbides can reach hv1700-2000 and HRC58-62 respectively. The alloy TB/T 1979 steel plate carbide has strong stability at high temperature, high hardness and good oxidation resistance. It can be used normally within 500 ℃.

When pouring the steel with high Mn content, some manganese oxide should be added in the initial slag in advance to prevent the occurrence of the above events. In order to prevent the longitudinal crack of wear-resistant steel plate, TB/T 1979 steel plate, some measures are often taken to reduce the content of P, S and Se in NM360 wear-resistant steel plate. Strictly control the liquid level fluctuation of the crystallizer; reasonably control the negative sliding time; try to increase the temperature difference of the water in the crystallizer as much as possible.

TB/T 1979 steel plate, 13CrMo44 steel plate is a kind of steel which with Cr, Mo,Cr-Mo and mainly used for pressure vessels. The steel grade 13CrMo44 is according to DIN 17155 standard which with the yield strength of 242MPa. The DIN 17155 13CrMo44 steel plate chemical composition is the content of C is 0.15, Mn is 2.00, S is 0.03, Cu is 0.30, Si is 1.00, P is 0.045, Cr is 17 or 19 and the Ni is 8 or 10.
