4140 steel is alloy structural steel, and its technical standard is ASTM A29/A29M. It belongs to ultra-high strength steel. JIS G3125 Grade SPA-H Steel, 4140 steel has high strength and toughness, good hardenability, no obvious temper brittleness, high fatigue limit and multiple impact resistance after tempering treatment, and good low temperature impact toughness. 4140 steel is suitable for manufacturing large and medium plastic mould with certain strength and toughness.

We do sand blasting and shop primer for various JIS G3125 Grade SPA-H Steel steel plates such as carbon steel plates, high strength low alloy steel plates, shipbuilding steel plates, etc. before delivery, so as to protect the steel plates from going rust during transportation. Our sand blasting standard is SA2.5, and shop primer JIS G3125 Grade SPA-H Steel thickness is 20μm or so. Our shop primer has been certified by ABS, LR, BV etc. authorities.

We have lots of successful cases, for example in July 2015, we exported 5714 tons ASTM A36 mild steel plate to Peru. After receiving the plates and putting then into use, our customer spoke highly of the ASTM A36 mild steel plate quality. In addition, the customer also introduced us an Venezuela customer, who bought 933 tons A36 steel JIS G3125 Grade SPA-H Steel plate from us. And then in Mar. 2016, due to the first cooperation in July 2015 is very successful. The customer is very satisfied with our product quality and comprehensive service. This time, the customer place an 3989 tons order directly.
