In August 2011, the expanded license for the special equipment material manufacturing of SPA-H weather resistant steel exporter steel plates for heavy steel boilers and pressure vessels successfully passed the expert review and identification. At this point, the company has the qualification to produce steel plates for boilers and pressure vessels with a maximum thickness of 80 mm. Production continues to be at the leading domestic level. Our boiler steel plate has been widely used in the SPA-H weather resistant steel exporter manufacture of I, II, III pressure vessels and various pressure vessel reaction tanks.

20G steel is a common carbon steel used to manufacture boilers. The performance of 20G steel is basically the same as that of 20# steel. The requirements for impact toughness, strain aging impact value and cold bending of 20G steel are increased. The yield ratio of 20G steel is slightly higher, and certain fatigue and corrosion resistance are required for SPA-H weather resistant steel exporter steel to ensure the safe operation of boilers. 20G steel is suitable for manufacturing marine boilers, steam boilers and other boiler accessories with pressure less than 6Mpa and wall temperature less than 450 ℃.

In 2014, we offered 175 ton Cold rolled stainless steel plate to Thailand. The SPA-H weather resistant steel exporter products are from TISCO. Here is the MTC that we offered to customer. We have our own quality team. Our quality team will inspect every order before shipment for customer. Normally, we will test the chemical composition, thickness, width, and length.
