This batch of Q355GNH material pressure vessel steel materials are tailored according to customer requirements, and the composition and process are newly designed. The performance of the pressure vessel steel materials meets the requirements of properties such as resistance to tempering embrittlement and hydrogen corrosion, and Q355GNH material special properties such as good formability, weldability and adaptability to welding process.

The client required CEV 0.38%, S≤0.01%, 100% UT, Charpy V-notch impact test at-20℃, Z25 for S235J2+N plates. After they receiving the S235J2+N steel plates, the customer are very satisfied with the quality of this batch of Q355GNH material products.
