Q345B material is a low-carbon alloy steel (c <0.20%), with good overall performance, low temperature performance, cold stamping performance, welding performance and machinability. Q345R steel is a special plate for pressure vessels with a yield strength of 345MPa. It has good comprehensive mechanical properties and technological performance. In addition to the tensile strength and elongation requirements higher than Q345 (16Mn) steel, Q345R is also required to ensure impact toughness.

The mechanical properties of 20MnV steel are as follows: tensile strength 785 MPa, yield strength 590 MPa, elongation after fracture 10%, reduction of area 40%, impact absorption energy 55 J. a516 grade 70 section, 20MnV steel has good properties, good strength, toughness and plasticity, good hardenability and machinability. After carburizing, 20MnV steel can be directly quenched without secondary quenching to improve the core structure. The weldability of 20MnV steel is good, but there is temper brittleness at 300-360 ℃ during heat treatment.
