SPA-H welded weathering steel sheet, 45# steel is one of the most widely used high-quality structural steel. 45# steel is suitable for manufacturing high strength moving parts, such as air compressor, piston of pump, impeller of steam turbine, rolling shaft, connecting rod, worm, rack, gear and pin in heavy and general machinery.

Compared with SPA-H welded weathering steel sheet, ordinary steel plate, ship plate has better resistance to wind and wave. In the ocean, there are often big winds and big waves. If the performance advantage of ship plate is not prominent, it is easy to be damaged by big waves. The service life of ship plate is longer than that of ordinary steel plate. Because of its excellent performance, the ship plate can be used for a long time. Some waste ships can remove the ship plate for recycling. The price of ship plate is higher than ordinary steel plate.

In 2016. Our company offer 1200 tons API 5L GR.B hot rolled coil to Bangladesh——100 tons for 3.9*625mm, and 1100 tons for 7*683mm. It is one tender project, we get the tender at the end of 2015, and arrange the production in 2016. They required the tolerance of thickness is +0.1/-0.2mm, and width tolerance is +/-0.5mm, which is a very high requirement for coil tolerance, but our mill handling this very well. and our Q/C department witness all of the process.
