Automobile steel plates are mainly used to manufacture automobile beams (longitudinal and transverse beams), frame and other structural parts. Automobile beams not only have to withstand heavy static loads, but also withstand certain impacts, vibrations. Therefore, Q355GNH, Q415NH, Q460NH weathering steel, automobile steel has certain strength and fatigue resistance, and require good stamping performance and cold bending performance to suit cold punching molding processing requirements.

The Performance requirements of low alloy structural steel, Q355GNH, Q415NH, Q460NH weathering steel:(1) High strength: generally, the yield strength is above 300Mpa.(2) High toughness: the elongation is required to be 15% - 20%, and the room temperature impact toughness is greater than 600kJ/m ~ 800kJ/m. For large welded components, higher fracture toughness is required.(3) Good weldability and cold forming property.(4) Low cold brittle transition temperature. (5) Good corrosion resistance.

The Qatar Railways company launched a tender for designing ,construction and completion of Green Line Project. Our company has participated in the bidding from Qatar Railway Company since May, 2016. A delegation from project visited several famous Q355GNH, Q415NH, Q460NH weathering steel pipe mill in China for 15 days in July,2016. Of course the delegations had visited our pipe mill.
