In the manufacturing process of boiler pressure components, raw materials must undergo complex processing deformation and welding, so the steel used to manufacture the boiler must also have good process performance. All materials S355J0W hot rolled sheets used to manufacture pressure parts must conform to the relevant national standards for boiler steel. The defects such as delamination, non-metallic inclusion, porosity and looseness in the steel shall be as few as possible, and white spots and cracks are not allowed.

Forging method is to use forging hammer, precision forging machine, fast forging machine or hydraulic press to forge ingot into steel, billet or forging blank. Forging is the earliest S355J0W hot rolled sheets processing method. Forging is divided into free forging and model forging. Forging method can obtain the finished steel with better mechanical properties and shapes that are not easy or impossible to obtain S355J0W hot rolled sheets by rolling method.

We exported 2150 Tons SG295 steel coils to Sudan. The Sudan customer is LPG cylinder manufacturer. Before our cooperation, he usually purchased SG295 steel coils from UAE and Turkey. And he got to know our company through our regular customers in Uganda, UAE, and his friends in China. Then he gave us the order. We invited the customer to visit us before contract, but he insisted to visit us when the S355J0W hot rolled sheets goods are finished production. After inspecting the size, package in workshop and witness the lab test for the SG295 steel coils, the customer was very satisfied to our quality control and professional arrangement.
