GB/T 4171 grade Q235NH alloy steel sheet heat treatment

Myanmar's demand for GB/T 4171 grade Q235NH alloy steel sheet steel products is likely to exceed 3 million tons in 2020 and 5 million tons by 2025, according to seaisi. However, Myanmar's producers are unable to meet domestic demand, so the country's steel products are more dependent on imports. In 2019, Myanmar imported more than 1.9 million tons of GB/T 4171 grade Q235NH alloy steel sheet finished steel, including 57% of long products, 13% of uncoated hot-rolled and cold-rolled flat products, and 30% of coated steel. In order to reduce its dependence on imports, Myanmar plans to increase its steel production capacity by building and expanding steel mills.

Laser cutting is that the horizontal laser beam emitted by the laser changes into a vertical downward laser beam through the 45° total reflector, and then focuses through the lens, forming a tiny spot at the focal point. When the spot hits the material, the material is heated to the vaporization temperature quickly, and evaporates to form a hole. With the movement of the beam on the material such as GB/T 4171 grade Q235NH alloy steel sheet, the auxiliary gas (carbon dioxide gas, oxygen, Nitrogen, etc.) blow away the melted slag, make the hole continuously form a very narrow width (such as about 0.1mm) cutting seam, and complete the cutting of materials.
