Cold rolled sheet 09CuPCrNi-B welded weathering steel production line

According to the data released by the Japan iron and Steel Union (JISF), the export volume of Japanese steel in the second quarter of 2020 09CuPCrNi-B welded weathering steel is about 4.959 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 14.2%; the export volume in the first half of 2020 is about 11.07 million tons, with a year-on-year growth of 1.8%. It has been revealed that the year-on-year increase in export volume does not mean that Japan's export 09CuPCrNi-B welded weathering steel situation of Pugang is better in the first half of the year, but only because the base number of the same period last year is too low.

Boiler steel is different from 09CuPCrNi-B welded weathering steel. Boiler steel is used to make boilers. Boiler steel is smelted by open hearth furnace, converter, electric furnace, and some also use the refining process outside the furnace. Boiler steel for steel pipes refers to the steel used for the manufacture of superheaters, reheaters and headers. Their working temperature is higher than other parts, and the environment is also harsher.

EN 10025-2 steel includes S235 steel (S235JR, S235J0, S235J2), S275 steel (S275JR, S275J0, S275J2), S355 steel (S355JR, S355J0, S355J2, S355K2), S450 steel (S450J0). According to EN 10025-2, the thickness of S450J0 plate is within 3-150mm. The 09CuPCrNi-B welded weathering steel, S235 steel, S275 steel and S355 steel plate thickness is ≤250mm. However, the S235J2, S275J2, S355J2 and S355K2 plates limitation is ≤400mm.
