BBN company team and culture: tt the end of 2019, in order to thank employees for their hard work and enrich their sparetime lives, the company organized a pleasant trip to Phuket Island, Thailand. This tour lasted 6 days and 5 nights, and returned by plane on the evening of December 27. We took off in Zhengzhou at about 5o'clock in the afternoon on the 22th December. Let's seize the day and live it to the full, and greet the arrival of the year 2020 together.

Corten A properties, Q345B low alloy steel has outstanding characteristics, such as:
First, Q345B low alloy steel has good toughness. It is easy to bend and stretch, not easy to break, and can be used for multiple processing. Second, Corten A properties, Q345B low alloy steel is easy to weld and can be used for assembly. Third, Q345B low alloy steel has good strength, good compression resistance and long service life. Fourth, the weather resistance of Q345B low alloy steel is good, and the use is not affected whether it is winter or summer.

Tempering includes high temperature tempering, medium temperature tempering and low temperature tempering. Tempering means to reheat the Corten A properties quenched steel to a certain temperature and then cool it in a certain way. Tempering can reduce or eliminate the internal stress produced by quenching, reduce the hardness and strength, and improve the ductility or toughness of steel. After Corten A properties quenching, the workpiece should be tempered in time, and the required mechanical properties can be obtained through the combination of quenching and tempering.

BBN had provided Corten A properties Hardox plates for more than 15 years for widely applied in coal mining machinery, cement equipment, road construction machinery, engineering machinery, dump trucks, metallurgical area and port fields. In 2016,we brought our customer to visit our Corten A properties NM400 steel plate producing line and our Shanghai warehouse for 30000 tons plate and structure. As a result, Our client purchased 500 tons NM 400 as first order, which is shipped by 3 times. In future, BBN will always guarantee that all the delivery condition for Hardox plate provided will be with quenching and tempering, which is the best delivery type according GBT 24186 standard.
