BBN STEEL SMA400AP steel exhaust pipe 360 tons exported to Romania

When talking about our team, it is hard not to mention our QC department (Quality Control). We have built strict qualitycontrol system to guarantee the steel quality. During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials SMA400AP steel exhaust pipe. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.

The wear-resistant plate SMA400AP steel exhaust pipe shows good wear resistance: the chemical composition of the alloy layer contains 4-5% carbon and 25-30% chromium. The volume fraction of Cr7C3 carbide in the metallographic structure is more than 50%, the macro hardness is HRC56-62, and the hardness of chromium carbide is HV1400-1800. Because of the vertical distribution of carbides in the wear direction, the wear resistance of the cast alloy with the same composition and SMA400AP steel exhaust pipe hardness is more than twice as that of the cast alloy with the same composition and hardness. Compared with several typical materials, the wear resistance is as follows: (1) compared with low carbon steel; 20-25:1 (2) with as cast high chromium cast iron; 1.5-2.5:1.

The secondary quenching and low temperature tempering of SMA400AP steel exhaust pipe, wear-resistant composite plate is mainly used for important carburized parts with high mechanical properties, especially for coarse grain steel. However, after carburizing, it needs to be heated twice at high temperature to increase the deformation and oxidation decarburization of the workpiece.

In year 2015, we supplied 950 tons S355J0 angle steel to Egypt government. We have cooperation with local government for more than 3 years. Every year, they would order more than 3000 tons of SMA400AP steel exhaust pipe steel from our company.
