Considering the large workload of allocation and transportion for our steel materials, we have built special shipping department, and make it independent form transportation department. The transportation department is in charge of transporting steel materials from our mill and warehouse to the port, and our shipping department is in charge of the shipping matters. So that our whole shipping efficiency is improved, and shorten time for customers to receive goods.

XAR450 steel is a special structural steel material with high wear resistance. The average hardness of this special wear-resistant structural steel is 450HB, which has high hardness and good toughness. The structure built with this steel is stronger, lighter and can withstand impact loads. XAR450 steel is used for wear parts-exposed structures such as protective pads, shell walls, support and reinforcement plates for excavators, mining machines and bulldozers.

Laser cutting S235J0W complete specification has no burr, wrinkle and precision is high. It is superior to plasma cutting. Laser cutting has good cutting quality, narrow cutting width (generally 0.1-0.5m m), high accuracy (generally 0.1-0.4mm hole center distance error, 0.1-0.5mm contour dimension error), good surface roughness (generally Ra is 12.5-25μm), and the S235J0W complete specification cutting seam can be welded without further processing. Fast cutting speed: for example, with 2kW laser power, the cutting speed of 8mm thick carbon steel is 1.6m/min.

We have built solid cooperation with Myanmar Navy since 2015, starting from a try order about 412 tons LR AH36 shipbuilding steel plates. Myanmar navy builds frigate every year and book shipbuilding steel materials from us regularly. This time, the Myanmar navy’s local representative visit us and put another order about 2025 tons LR grade A steel plates. According to clients requirements, we arranged S235J0W complete specification SGS inspection for the LR grade A steel plates before shipping and send them inspection report.
