BBN STEEL exported SMA490CP channel steel to Netherlands

Our company will set up a full-time service engineer for the project, who is responsible for the interface and coordination of technical support and after-sales service of the SMA490CP channel steel project. In response process of customer service center, in case of technical support and after-sales service demand, the user shall contact the full-time engineer of SMA490CP channel steel customer service center, and the technical personnel will give corresponding answers and on-site treatment according to the needs of users.

SMA490CP channel steel, Q345B low alloy plate performance:
1) High strength: Generally its yield strength is above 300MPa;
2) High toughness: The elongation is required to be 15% to 20%, and the room temperature impact toughness is greater than 600kJ/m to 800kJ/m. For large welded components, higher fracture toughness is also required;
3) Good welding performance and cold forming performance;
4) Low cold brittle transition temperature;
5) Good corrosion resistance.

The heat treatment process can significantly improve the physical properties of steel, improve the compressive strength, ductility and service life of parts, and improve the hardness and wear resistance. Therefore, critical equipment parts and special tools must be quenched and tempered. The quenching and tempering treatment can also improve the production and processing performance of the SMA490CP channel steel product workpiece, thereby improving the production efficiency and production processing quality.

In 2015, we offered 230 tons 309S and 310S stainless steel SMA490CP channel steel plate to Vietnam fabrication company. The products are used in fabricating machine for this company. Then the customer sell the machine to south America and European market. This Vietnam company purchase more than 100 ton stainless steel from us every month.
