Our quality control department will do inspection for details of the steel materials 09CuPTiRE-B cold rolled steel coil before delivery. We would invite the customer side to attend the inspection together. If they can not come, we will also take rich pictures for them to check. Meanwhile, we will publish inspection report and send them the PDF version. Besides, we accept any third party inspection such as SGS, BV, etc. And our quality control department will support the third party to inspect the steel materials smoothly and try our best to deliver the qualified steel materials to customers earlier.

16MnDR steel plate is suitable for low temperature pressure vessels manufacturing. Grade 16Mn- indicates that the content of manganese (Mn) in the steel plate is relatively high, about 1% -1.6%, D- indicates low temperature, R- indicates pressure vessel. (Normally, when the content of a certain chemical element in steel is high, it needs to be marked in the material, for example, 1.6% manganese is written as 16Mn; certain elements such as Cr and Mo are higher, written as Cr1, Mo1, Such as 12Cr2Mo1R.) The normal delivery status is normalized delivery (Normalized).

Quenching is a heat treatment process in which steel parts are heated to above the critical temperature, and after proper heat preservation, the parts are quickly cooled to room temperature in water or oil, so that martensite transformation occurs.
