The mechanical properties of 20MnV steel are as follows: tensile strength 785 MPa, yield strength 590 MPa, elongation after fracture 10%, reduction of area 40%, impact absorption energy 55 J. A588 GrC section spot, 20MnV steel has good properties, good strength, toughness and plasticity, good hardenability and machinability. After carburizing, 20MnV steel can be directly quenched without secondary quenching to improve the core structure. The weldability of 20MnV steel is good, but there is temper brittleness at 300-360 ℃ during heat treatment.

The advantages of flame cutting are simple cutting and low cost. The disadvantage of flame cutting is that when cutting thin plates, cutting deformation problems are prone to occur, and the materials that can be cut have certain limitations. The advantage of CNC cutting is that it can cut A588 GrC section spot and any complex parts with high cutting accuracy. The disadvantage of CNC cutting is that there are certain operational and technical requirements.

BBN steel had provided Grind plates for more than 15 years for widely applied in equipment, Engineer machinery etc. In 2018, one of our India customer visit our A588 GrC section spot office and work shop to discuss Q235B Grind plate technical request, they have strict surface and thickness tolerance, and they also request UT and MT for testing. As a result, they purchase A588 GrC section spot 179 tons as trial order for first cooperation. And have good comment on our quality. Till now, we keep exporting around 100 tons per month as regularly.
