Our quality control department will do inspection for details of the steel materials 09CuPCrNi-A steel distributor before delivery. We would invite the customer side to attend the inspection together. If they can not come, we will also take rich pictures for them to check. Meanwhile, we will publish inspection report and send them the PDF version. Besides, we accept any third party inspection such as SGS, BV, etc. And our quality control department will support the third party to inspect the steel materials smoothly and try our best to deliver the qualified steel materials to customers earlier.

42CrMo steel plate is an ultra-high strength steel plate, which is widely used in machinery manufacturing steel. The steel is suitable for manufacturing large and medium-sized plastic molds that require certain strength and toughness. 42CrMo steel has high strength and toughness, good hardenability, no obvious temper brittleness, high fatigue limit and multiple impact resistance after quenching and tempering, and good low temperature impact toughness.

S355NC steel offers excellent bending, flanging, cold-bordering and folding 09CuPCrNi-A steel distributor properties in both longitudinal and transverse direction. The bending radii specified below should be observed as minimum values.

In December of 2015, our regular India customer sent us an inquiry for 09CuPCrNi-A steel distributor pipe. The inquiry requires no negative tolerance in both pipes’ outer diameter and pipe wall. After two weeks’ discussion, he put the order of 275 tons to us. The pipes are finished within just one month. Our customer come to our factory to inspect the quality and tolerance, all the products are well meet his demand. The pipes are arriving to Nhava Sheva port, customer is very happy with our products and service during the process.
