Considering the large workload of allocation and transportion for our steel materials, we have built special shipping department, and make it independent form transportation department. 42CrMo steel plate is an ultra-high strength steel plate, which is widely used in machinery manufacturing steel. The steel is suitable for manufacturing large and medium-sized plastic molds that require certain strength and toughness. 42CrMo steel has high strength and toughness, good hardenability, no obvious temper brittleness, high fatigue limit and multiple impact resistance after quenching and tempering, and good low temperature impact toughness.

In the second step of hot rolling process, different finished mills are used to roll billets or continuous casting billets into finished steel of proper shape and size. This welding of SMA400AW production process is called finished product production, which is generally divided into two stages of rough rolling and finish rolling. In the roughing stage, a large amount of reduction (reduction per pass) is adopted to reduce the number of passes and improve the output; after roughing, the finishing stage is entered, and the finishing is carried out with a small amount of reduction to achieve a good surface and accurate welding of SMA400AW size.

We had a wonderful trip in Phuket Island, Thailand. At the end of 2019, in order to thank employees for their hard work for a year and enrich their lives, our company organized a pleasant trip to Phuket Island, Thailand. The tour lasted 6 days and 5 nights, and returned by plane on the evening of December 27. We took off in Zhengzhou at about 5 o'clock in the afternoon on the 22th December.
