750 tons SPA-H steel section to Korea in 2014

In the first ten days of February 2020, the key statistics show that steel enterprises produce a total of 19.3943 million tons of crude steel, 17.9747 million tons of pig iron, 17.5904 million tons of steel and 3.225 million tons of coke. This ten day average daily output of SPA-H steel section crude steel is 1939400 tons, down 2.68% on a month on month basis, up 3.16% on a year-on-year basis; steel is 1759000 tons, down 9.09% on a month on month basis, up 2.51% on a year-on-year basis.

Blast furnace ironmaking is a traditional ironmaking method based on coke energy. It cooperates with converter steelmaking and is the main method of producing SPA-H steel section steel at present. This dominance of blast furnace ironmaking is not expected to change for quite a long time. The essence of blast furnace ironmaking is the reduction of iron. Besides, coke is used as fuel and reducing agent. At high temperatures, iron ore or iron-containing raw materials are reduced from an oxide or mineral state to liquid pig iron.

Compared with SPA-H steel section, pressure vessel and boiler steel plates have such advantages: The pressure vessel and boiler steel should be pure, and the fracture structure of the boiler steel plate should be uniform without cracks and inclusions. Besides, the strain aging sensitivity is small, and the strain aging impact value of the pressure vessel and boiler steel plate is required to be no less than 50% of the non-aging impact value. That is why pressure vessel and boiler steel plate is first choice for fabricating pressure vessels and boilers, while SPA-H steel section is not.
