Cold rolled coil products have accurate size and uniform thickness, and the thickness difference of coil is generally less than 0.01-0.03mm or less, which can fully meet the requirements of high precision tolerance. The surface quality of cold rolled products is superior, and there are no defects such as pockmarks, pressing iron oxide scale and so on, which often appear in hot rolled coils. According to the requirements of users, coils with different surface roughness can be produced (glossy surface or matte surface, etc.).

In the second step of hot rolling process, different finished mills are used to roll billets or continuous casting billets into finished steel of proper shape and size. This production process is called finished product production, which is generally divided into two stages of rough rolling and finish rolling. In the roughing stage, a large amount of reduction (reduction per pass) is adopted to reduce the number of passes and improve the output; after roughing, the finishing stage is entered, and the finishing is carried out with a small amount of reduction to achieve a good surface and accurate size.

We have lots of successful cases, for example in July 2015, we exported 5714 tons ASTM A36 mild steel plate to Peru. After receiving the plates and putting then into use, our customer spoke highly of the ASTM A36 mild steel plate quality. In addition, the customer also introduced us an Venezuela customer, who bought 933 tons A36 steel plate from us. And then in Mar. 2016, due to the first cooperation in July 2015 is very successful. The customer is very satisfied with our product quality and comprehensive service. This time, the customer place an 3989 tons order directly.SPA-C dimension
