We mainly supply API 5L grade B (L245), API 5L X42 (L290), API 5L X46 (L320), API 5L X52 (L360), API 5L X56 (L390), API 5L X60 (L415), API 5L X65 (L450), API 5L X70 (L485) pipeline steel coil and plates. Those stteel grades have both PSL1 and PSL2 levels. PSL2 has more strict requirements than PSL1. Besides, we also supply API 5L grade A PSL1 and API 5L X80 PSL2 steel.

Manganese steel plates emerge as a profitable solution to diverse kinds of acid attacks. These have qualities surpassing an ordinary steel plate. Neither fully austenitic nor ferritic, these plates provide boosted resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, which the 300 series stainless steel plates are susceptible to. 22% Chromium allows these plates to withstand Sulphuric and Hydrochloric acid attacks, whereas Molybdenum (up to 3%) avoids crevice and pitting corrosion.

TMCP process is an important means to improve the comprehensive properties of steel. It can be used to produce ship plate, vessel plate, boiler plate, bridge steel, etc. Compared with the normalized steel of the same strength grade, TMCP can reduce the alloy content of the steel, reduce the carbon equivalent and improve the welding performance. TMCP is more and more widely used in various types of steel rolling industry.
