Quality optimization measures of 09CuPCrNi-A corrosion resistant curtain wall steel

45Mn2 steel is a medium-carbon quenched and tempered steel with high strength, wear resistance and hardenability. The critical hardening diameter in oil is 10-25mm, and the critical hardening diameter in water is 22-45. After quenching and tempering, 45Mn2 alloy structural steel has good comprehensive mechanical properties and good machinability; but it has overheating sensitivity and temper brittleness tendency during heat treatment, easy to crack in water quenching, sensitive to white spots, low weldability and cold deformation plasticity and other shortcomings.

09CuPCrNi-A corrosion resistant curtain wall steel, Q345B steel is high strength low alloy HSLA steel. Due to the addition of alloy elements, the yield strength of Q345B and so on HSLA steel is 25% - 150% higher than that of carbon structural steel with the same carbon content. Using HSLA structural steel instead of carbon structural steel can reduce the self weight of the structure, save metal materials and extend the service life of the structure.

Nickel element is mainly used to form and stabilize the austenite structure, so that the 09CuPCrNi-A corrosion resistant curtain wall steel steel has good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and process performance. Molybdenum can quickly passivate stainless acid-resistant steel, and improve the corrosion resistance to solutions containing chloride ions and other non-oxidizing media. Titanium and niobium are usually used to fix the carbon in alloy steel and make it generate stable carbides to reduce the harmful effect of carbon on the corrosion resistance of alloy steel.
