And also special workshop to produce thick plates that thickness is more than 300mm. we produce the steel plate include carbon and low alloy high strength steel plate, shipbuilding and offshore platform steel plate, boiler and pressure vessel steel plate, weather resistant steel plate, pipeline steel plate, alloy steel plate, automobile structure steel plate, and gas cylinder steel coil etc.

Q235 steel grades cover Q235A, Q235B, Q235C and Q235D. Other than Q235A, the other three Q235 steel grades needs impact test. Charpy V-notch specimen is used for impact toughness test. The impact toughness index is Akv. Q235 steel plates are widely used because of its moderate carbon content, good comprehensive performance, good coordination of strength, plasticity and welding performance.

We do sand blasting and shop primer for various Q355GNH Z35 plate steel plates such as carbon steel plates, high strength low alloy steel plates, shipbuilding steel plates, etc. before delivery, so as to protect the steel plates from going rust during transportation. Our sand blasting standard is SA2.5, and shop primer Q355GNH Z35 plate thickness is 20μm or so. Our shop primer has been certified by ABS, LR, BV etc. authorities.

Q355GNH Z35 plate, 13CrMo44 steel plate is a kind of steel which with Cr, Mo,Cr-Mo and mainly used for pressure vessels. The steel grade 13CrMo44 is according to DIN 17155 standard which with the yield strength of 242MPa. The DIN 17155 13CrMo44 steel plate chemical composition is the content of C is 0.15, Mn is 2.00, S is 0.03, Cu is 0.30, Si is 1.00, P is 0.045, Cr is 17 or 19 and the Ni is 8 or 10.
