The main applications of normalizing are as follows:① For low carbon steel, S355J2W low alloy. The hardness of low carbon steel after normalizing is slightly higher than that after annealing, and the toughness is also better, so normalizing can be used as the pretreatment of cutting.② For medium carbon steel, normalizing can be used as the final heat treatment instead of quenching and tempering treatment, or as the preparation treatment before surface quenching by induction heating.③ Normalizing can be used in tool steel, bearing steel, carburizing steel and so on, which can eliminate or inhibit the formation of network carbide, thus obtaining the good microstructure needed for spheroidizing annealing.④ Normalizing can refine the cast structure and improve the machinability of steel castings.

Square hollow section S355J2H to Turkey. In January of 2015, our customer from Turkey chose us as their supplier of seamless RHS EN10219 S355J2H with a trail order of 120 tons. They required DNV test for the MTC and each tube. DNV inspector tested all the tubes and MTC. When our customer received the reports, they gave us a second order of 852.5 tons. Since then we maintain a long time cooperation relationship.

S355J2W low alloy, P355GH steel yield strength in different thickness has different values.Thickness 8-16mm: 355MPa min., ＞16-40mm: 345MPa min., ＞40-60mm: 335MPa min., ＞60-100mm: 315MPa min., ＞100-150mm: 295MPa min., ＞150-250mm: 280MPa min. The elongation minimum is 20%. P355GH plate under EN10028-2:2003 standard is a pressure vessel steel. It is always delivered in hot rolling, controlled rolling, normalizing.
