New technology of SPA-C as rolled plate cutting

We have SPA-C as rolled plate new cooperation projects with NNPC (Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation). Through tender, we got new order about oil tank plates for NNPC, and the tank plates will be used to build large oil tanks. This is not the first time we cooperated with NNPC, but it means much more to us than first time cooperation. Every after-sales service shall have a detailed record of the customer's product problems and handling methods. The records shall be sorted into volumes and filed on a monthly basis, and submitted to the technical department for filing. The problems found in the after-sales service shall be summarized in a timely manner, discussed with the technical department, the quality inspection department and the production department, and a proper solution shall be proposed for the technical department to improve in a timely manner;

At present, China's wear-resistant steel plate grades are divided into six levels, namely NM300, NM360, NM400, NM450, NM500, NM550 and NM600. The wear-resistant steel SPA-C as rolled plate grade adopts the combination of Chinese NM of wear resistance meaning and Brinell hardness (HB) value. For example: NM500, NM is the first universal parent of Chinese "wear resistance", "500" is Brinell hardness value. NM series wear-resistant steel has good wear resistance, which greatly reduces the loss and use cost.

The S355 steel material itself is divided into many grades, so it cannot be said that S355 is equivalent to which grade of the national standard Q345, SPA-C as rolled plate. In engineering, usually S355JR steel is equivalent to Q345B steel, S355J0 steel is equivalent to Q345C steel, S355J2 steel is equivalent to Q345D steel, S355N steel is equivalent to Q345D steel, and S355NL steel is equivalent to Q345E steel.
