The service temperature of high pressure seamless steel pipe is below 450 ℃, and the domestic pipes are mainly made of A588 Grade A corten steel coil, No.10 and No.20 carbon steel hot-rolled pipes or cold drawn pipes. High pressure seamless steel pipe is often used in high temperature and high pressure conditions. Under the action of high temperature flue gas and water vapor, the pipe will be oxidized and corroded. The steel pipe is required to have high endurance strength, high oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, and good structure stability.

The heat treatment process can significantly improve the physical properties of steel, improve the compressive strength, ductility and service life of parts, and improve the hardness and wear resistance. Therefore, critical equipment parts and special tools must be quenched and tempered. The quenching and tempering treatment can also improve the production and processing performance of the A588 Grade A corten steel coil product workpiece, thereby improving the production efficiency and production processing quality.

Composition of low alloy steel plate: Low carbon: due to the high requirements for toughness, weldability and cold formability of low alloy steel plate, the carbon content is not more than 0.20%; manganese is added; the auxiliary elements such as niobium, titanium or vanadium are added; a small amount of niobium, titanium or vanadium forms fine carbide or carbonitride in the steel, which is conducive to obtaining fine ferrite grains and improving the strength and toughness of low alloy steel plate; in addition, The corrosion resistance of A588 Grade A corten steel coil, low alloy steel plate can be improved by adding a small amount of copper (< 0.4%) and phosphorus (about 0.1%).
