Main characteristics of 12Cr1MoV Steel: compared with 12CrMoV steel, 12Cr1MoV steel has higher oxidation resistance and thermal strength. The creep limit of 12Cr1MoV steel is very close to the endurance strength value, and it has high plasticity under the condition of endurance tension; the processability and weldability of 12Cr1MoV steel are good, but it needs to be preheated to 300 ℃ before welding, and stress removal treatment after welding. 12Cr1MoV steel is widely used in Superheater, header and main steam pipe of high pressure, ultra-high pressure and subcritical utility boiler.

During the construction of hot-dip galvanized pipe, the correct welding process shall be adopted, the inspection and acceptance shall be carried out in strict accordance with the specification, and the anti-corrosion treatment (zinc rich paint) shall be done timely after the welding is completed. It is feasible in the construction process of open and closed air conditioning system, which can improve the construction speed and the firmness of the pipe connection. Therefore, the hot-dip galvanized pipe can be welded and connected under the construction conditions and on the premise of relevant protection and anti-corrosion measures.

The test contents include chemical composition analysis, tensile test, impact test, etc. The test results are satisfied. Composition characteristics of low alloy structural steel, : (1) Low carbon: the carbon content of low alloy structural steel is less than 0.20% due to the high requirements of toughness, weldability and cold formability. (2) The alloy elements such as manganese are added. (3) The addition of Nb, Ti or V and other auxiliary elements: a small amount of Nb, Ti or V forms fine carbides or carbonitrides in the steel, which is beneficial to obtain fine ferrite grains and improve the strength and toughness of low alloy structural steel. In addition, adding a small amount of copper (≤ 0.4%) and phosphorus (about 0.1%) can improve the corrosion resistance. The addition of a small amount of rare earth elements can remove sulfur and gas, purify the steel, and improve the toughness and process performance of low alloy structural steel.
