The main characteristics of 16mo3 carbon steel, 12Cr1MoV alloy steel plate are as follows:Compared with 12CrMoV steel, 12Cr1MoV alloy steel plate has higher oxidation resistance and thermal strength. The creep limit of 12Cr1MoV steel is close to the stress rupture strength, and it has high plasticity under the condition of long-term tension. The process and weldability of 12Cr1MoV steel are good, but it needs to be preheated to 300 ℃ before welding, and stress relief treatment is required after welding.

The cold bending method is mainly used to produce cold-formed section steel and welded pipe. The cold bending method is to bend the steel strip or steel plate into various cross-section shapes by the cold bending machine in the cold state. If the 16mo3 carbon steel steel pipe is bent into a circular, square or other hollow shape and welded by a proper welding method, it is a welded pipe. The advantages of cold bending: first, the cold-formed section steel is light in weight and large in bearing capacity, and it can save metal by replacing the hot-rolled section steel; second, it can produce all kinds of 16mo3 carbon steel extremely thin, extremely wide and complex section steel which can not be produced by hot rolling.

16mo3 carbon steel, 15CrMo alloy steel is Chinese material. It is characterized by high Chrome and Molybdenum contents. The 15CrMo alloy steel chrome content is 0.80-1.10, and molybdenum content is 0.40-0.55. Besides, 15CrMo carbon content is 0.12-0.18, silicon content is 0.17-0.37, manganese content is 0.40-0.70. The heating temperatures for quenching and tempering of 15CrMo alloy steel are 900 and 650 centigrade respectively. The yield point of 15CrMo alloy steel is 295Mpa.
