The mechanical properties of Q420C steel are: yield strength ≥ 340 Mpa, tensile strength 500-680 Mpa, elongation after fracture ≥ 18%, impact energy 34J. The thickness of wear-resistant layer of wear-resistant steel plate is 3-12mm, the hardness of wear-resistant layer can reach HRC58-62, the wear resistance is 15-20 times of ordinary steel plate, 5-10 times of low-alloy steel plate, Corten A landscape steel, and 2-5 times of high chromium cast iron. The wear resistance is far higher than spray welding and thermal spraying.
