Q370q steel is a kind of bridge steel plate. It is delivered in hot rolled, normalized condition. There are three quality levels Q370qC, Q370qD, and Q370qE. Bridge steel Q370qC, Q370qD, SPA-C steel welding and Q370qE steel plates have different impact temperatures: C represents 0℃, D represents -20 ℃, and E represents -40℃. Q370qC-Z25 steel plate can be hot-rolled and normalized heat-treated. When mechanical properties are required, large thickness must be normalized. The thickness of Q370q steel plate we supply is above 8mm.

With the increase of temperature, the yield limit of SPA-C steel welding will decrease monotonically, but the tensile strength of SPA-C steel welding will rise to a high peak value at a certain temperature, and then decrease. This peak temperature is called the blue brittleness temperature of SPA-C steel welding. Near the blue brittleness temperature, the SPA-C steel welding strength increases and the plasticity decreases. The elongation and section shrinkage of SPA-C steel welding increase with the increase of temperature, but there is a low peak at the blue brittleness temperature. The blue brittleness temperature of low carbon steel ranges from 200 ℃ to 250 ℃. The blue brittleness of low alloy steel is not obvious as that of low carbon steel, and the blue brittleness temperature is higher.
