Pressure vessel steel plate is mainly used for manufacturing pressure vessel or other similar equipment for gas separation and gas storage and transportation in petroleum and chemical industry. Generally, the working pressure of SPA-H marking pressure vessel steel plate is 320kg / cm2 or 630kg / cm2 under normal pressure, and the temperature is within the range of - 20-450 ° C. It is required that the pressure vessel steel plate has not only certain strength and good plasticity and toughness, but also good cold bending and welding performance.

Bridge steel plates are thick steel plates made of carbon steel and low-alloy steel for bridge construction. The main applications of bridge steel plates are to build railway bridges, highway bridges, and sea-crossing bridges. The bridge steel plates are required to have high strength, durability and bear the load and impact of rolling stock. Bridge steel plates have good water resistance, low thermal conductivity, flat and lubricated surface. The main grades of bridge steel plates are A709 grade 50, A588 grade B, SPA-H marking and so on.

No. 45 steel is commonly used medium carbon quenched and tempered structural steel. The cold plasticity of No. 45 steel is generally better than SPA-H marking. Annealing and normalizing are better than quenching and tempering. No. 45 steel has higher strength and better machinability than Q345 steel. After proper heat treatment, it can obtain certain toughness, plasticity and wear resistance. No. 45 steel SPA-H marking is suitable for hydrogen welding and argon arc welding, but not suitable for gas welding. Preheating is required before welding, and stress relief annealing shall be conducted after welding.
