A588 Gr.C steel plate,In August 2011, the expanded license for the special equipment material manufacturing of steel plates for heavy steel boilers and pressure vessels successfully passed the expert review and identification. At this point, the company has the qualification to produce steel plates for boilers and pressure vessels with a maximum thickness of 80 mm. Production continues to be at the leading domestic level. Our boiler steel plate has been widely used in the manufacture of I, II, III pressure vessels and various pressure vessel reaction tanks.

A588 Gr.C steel plate,Q235 steel grades cover Q235A, Q235B, Q235C and Q235D. Other than Q235A, the other three Q235 steel grades needs impact test. Charpy V-notch specimen is used for impact toughness test. The impact toughness index is Akv. Q235 steel plates are widely used because of its moderate carbon content, good comprehensive performance, good coordination of strength, plasticity and welding performance.

EN 10025-2 steel includes S235 steel (S235JR, S235J0, S235J2), S275 steel (S275JR, S275J0, S275J2), S355 steel (S355JR, S355J0, S355J2, S355K2), S450 steel (S450J0). According to EN 10025-2, the thickness of S450J0 plate is within 3-150mm. The S235 steel, S275 steel and S355 steel plate thickness is ≤250mm. However, the S235J2, S275J2, S355J2 and S355K2 plates limitation is ≤400mm.
