In August 2011, the expanded license for the special equipment material manufacturing of 09CuPCrNi-A machinability steel plates for heavy steel boilers and pressure vessels successfully passed the expert review and identification. In the rolling process, the ingot rolling temperature is 1000-1050℃; in the first stage, the low-speed and large reduction rolling process is adopted, the high-temperature stage is 950-1000℃, the rolling speed is 1.6-2.0m/s, the 09CuPCrNi-A machinability single reduction rate is 15-20%, and the cumulative reduction rate is 40-45%, so as to ensure sufficient deformation of ingot. In the first stage, the start rolling temperature is 910-930℃, and the finish rolling temperature is ≤ 870℃.

The heating temperature is 1150 ~1200°C, the starting temperature is 1130 ~1180°C, the ending temperature is> 850°C, and when φ> 50mm, slow cooling. The normalizing temperature is 850~900°C, and the furnace is air cooled. High temperature tempering: Tempering temperature is 680~700°C, and it is air-cooled from the furnace.
