These A588 Grade A hot rolled corten plate products have numerous features like high performance and strength and possess properties that help with welding, fabrication and formability. The Seamless pipe production line range is OD 10.3mm-965.2mm, wall thickness 1.0mm-60mm, Annual capacity is 500 thousand tons. LSAW pipe production line range is OD 406mm-1524mm, wall thickness 6mm-50mm, Annual capacity is 150 thousand tons.

The final properties of quenched and tempered alloy steel depend on tempering temperature. Generally, it is tempered at 500 ℃ - 650 ℃. The required properties can be obtained by selecting tempering temperature. In order to prevent the second kind of temper brittleness, fast cooling (water cooling or oil cooling) after tempering is beneficial to the improvement of toughness.
