The weathering steel plates are our main products, which are also called weather resistant steel plates, corten steel plates, atmosphere corrosion resistant steel plate, anti-corrosion plates, etc. The main recognized standards for weathering steel plates are ASTM CORTEN, ASTM A588/A588M, ASME SA588/SA588M, EN 10025-5, EN 10155, TBT 1979, GBT 4171, JIS G 3114, JIS G3125, ASTM A242/A242M, etc. Our typical weathering steel grades are Corten A, A588 grade B, S355J2WP, S355J0WP, 09CuPCrNi-A, 05CuPCrNi, Q355NH, SPA-H, A242 type 1, etc.
After quenching and tempering, 40Cr alloy steel plate and sheet have good comprehensive mechanical properties, good low temperature impact toughness and low notch sensitivity. The hardenability of steel is good. It can be hardened to Ф28 ～ 60mm during water quenching and Ф15 ～ 40mm during oil quenching. In addition to quenching and tempering, this steel is also suitable for cyanidation and induction hardening. The cutting performance is better. When the hardness is HB174 ～ 229, the relative cutting workability is 60%. 40Cr alloy steel is suitable for making medium-sized plastic molds.
Composition characteristics of Q420 alloy steel plate: 1.Low carbon: Due to the high requirements for toughness, weldability and cold forming performance, its carbon content does not exceed 0.20%. 2. Add manganese-based alloy elements. 3. Add auxiliary elements such as niobium, titanium or vanadium, which is beneficial to obtain fine ferrite grains and improve the strength and toughness of the Q420 alloy steel.
JIS SMA400AW steel,HP265 steel with the thickness range is 1.2-12mm. HP265 steel’s mechanical properties is include the yield strength more than 265MPa, tensile strength is 410-520MPa. The chemical composition of HP265 steel is C element content is 0.18, the Si element content is 0.10, the Mn element content is 0.80, the P element content is 0.025% max, the S element content is 0.015% max.
