42CrMo4 material is an alloy structural steel with high strength, high hardenability, good toughness, small deformation during quenching, and high creep strength and endurance strength at high temperatures. 42CrMo4 steel is a modified AISI 4140 steel. The A588 Gr B atmospheric corrosion resistant structural steel product is mainly used in the manufacturing of seamless hydraulic cylinder or gas cylinder, heavy machinery, cranes, excavators and forklifts, etc.

Q235 steel grades cover Q235A, Q235B, Q235C and Q235D. Other than Q235A, the other three Q235 steel grades needs impact test. Charpy V-notch specimen is used for impact toughness test. On the premise of ensuring the hardness of steel plate, pre cooling, step cooling and quenching or high temperature quenching should be selected as far as possible. For some wear-resistant composite plates, pre heat treatment, aging heat treatment and quenching, tempering and nitriding heat treatment can be used to control the accuracy of the wear-resistant composite plate.
